Sonny's Speed and Agility Camp

Sonny's Speed and Agility Camp, 1/7-3/30/2019
Off-season workouts through the end of March. Participants must be 9 years or older. Be sure to bring a small water bottle.

No need to sign-up, just show up, but PLEASE be prompt for start time. If you drop off your player, PLEASE be prompt for pick-up

When:	Monday & Thursday evenings, 5:00-6:00pm Saturday mornings, 9:00-10:00am
Where:	Intuit Sports, 1 Taylor Blvd, New Kingstown, PA 17072
What to Wear:	Shorts or sweats, t-shirts or light sweatshirt, and SNEAKERS for indoor turf
Cost:	$0 for CVMFA players
