Pounding the Rock: Our pre‐season camp is a 'no cost' camp designed to teach players and prospective players basic football skills, while also getting them acclimated to the summer heat. Camp instruction will be led by CVMFA coaches. Former and current CV High School Football players will also be in attendance to support and motivate players during our skill drills and conditioning exercises.

Pounding the Rock is July 24, 26, 28 in the evenings.

Open to players in grades: KINDERGARTEN through 8th GRADE (2023‐2024 school year)
