We are excited to announce off-season workouts for our CVMFA athletes! These workouts are designed help our players with speed and agility in the months leading up to our 2024 season.
Schedule:
Mondays, 6-7pm.
Thursdays, 6-7pm.

Cost & Registration:
Outdoor sessions are FREE. No pre-registration required.
Athletes will need a water bottle, and cleats if they have them. Sneakers are fine, too.
