9/21CVMFA Night at the High School
The high school invites the players of CVMFA to join on the field to welcome the players onto the field. They line up with the cheerleaders to cheer for the players. It's a great time and the boys get to see what they can become in the high school players. Each CVMFA player will receive a ticket for free admission into the high school game that evening. They will need to be to the field early, but the exact time will be determined. After they cheer the players onto the field, they are welcome to stay and watch the game.
11/9Midgets Play in the Championships
Come to the Chapman Field at the high school to see the championship games and show your support as our Midgets take on York. 

ALL players are invited to participate in the Midget pregame "psych up, psych out"!! Those who would like to participate should be at the turf field entrance, behind scoreboard at 6:15 in their WHITE GAME JERSEY!! We are going to shake the ground and let everyone know who is there to play and win....E.A.G.L.E.S.....EAGLES!!!!!!! CVMFA Proud!!!

12/15Equipment Returns
Location: High School Equipment Shed (inside the fence, next to the concession stand)
Dates/Time: October 20, 10:00AM to Noon
  December 1, 10:00AM to 1:00PM
  December 15, 10:00AM to 1:00PM
Bring: Game Jerseys, Pants, Pads, and Helmet

Please bring your equipment during one of these scheduled equipment returns.  Do not come with dirty jerseys or pants!  Please make sure the equipment being returned is cleaned properly.  If they are not clean, we may not accept them and you will need to make a second trip during an upcoming scheduled equipment return.  Please be courteous of our equipment manager and the players that will be receiving your equipment in the future.

** A $75.00 fee will be charged if the equipment is not returned on or before the final designated equipment return date.
10/25Trick or Treat Night
Since the players miss out on trick or treating because they are at practice, we are bringing trick or treat to them. The players can come to the concession area at the end of practice for their treats.
10/6CVMFA Fun Day
The CVMFA football organization is about more than just football!  This organization takes pride in teaching our players that respect and compassion are just as important than participating in a sport and strives to build the whole person, not just the athlete.  CVMFA encourages its players to give to the community and those less fortunate than they are.
 The CVMFA Fun Day is a charity based fundraiser event to give our players the opportunity to raise money and give back.  All proceeds are donated to local charities: St. Baldricks and Caitlin's Smiles. 
 Please join us in supporting our players in this effort!
1/7-3/30Sonny's Speed and Agility Camp
Off-season workouts through the end of March. Participants must be 9 years or older. Be sure to bring a small water bottle.

No need to sign-up, just show up, but PLEASE be prompt for start time. If you drop off your player, PLEASE be prompt for pick-up

4/1-5/31 CVMFA Spring Training
Spring Training will consist of fundamental footwork and ball handling drills for quarterbacks, running backs, receivers and lineman.  These drills will be geared towards improving individual fundamentals, proper stance, and starts.  Players will be determined of the general position area for individual training and technique.  This training is for individuals who want to improve their footwork and fundamentals of the game of football.

Each player will receive a Dri-Fit shirt (distributed after May 1).  Spring Training will conclude no later than the end of May.

Coaches: Sonny Pacifico, Kevin Davis, and Jeremiah Dubbs.  Any other coaches who wish to participate and help out may do so.
Who: Open to any player in the Pony and Midget Divisions (ages 9-13 for the 2019‐2020 school year)
Cost: $15 (includes shirt)
When: April 1, 2019 - May 1, 2019

5/30 CVMFA Board Meeting
Location and time to be determined.  If you would like to join the Board or be a part of a committee, please reach out to Bruce ASAP. All are welcome to attend, participate, or observe.
6/8Walk-in Registration
Please be sure to bring the required documents with you so they can be uploaded.  You will need your player's birth certificate, Player Registration Form, Player Medical Release (MUST be signed by a physician), and signed Mid Penn Waiver/Agreement.

6/17CV Youth Football Camp
The CV Youth Football camp will give instruction from basic football skills to more advanced instruction for specific positions. All camp instruction will be led by the High School coaching staff. Former and current CV football players will be in attendance to help support the instruction at this event.

7/164th Annual Pounding the Rock
“Pounding the Rock” pre-season camp is a no cost camp designed to teach players and prospective players basic football skills while also getting them acclimated to the summer heat. Camp instruction will be led by CVMFA coaches. Former and current CV High School Football players will also be in attendance to support and motivate players during our skill drills and conditioning exercises.
ALL MID PENN ELITE FOOTBALL ORGANIZATIONS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!

7/29 First Day of Practice, MANDATORY Parent Meeting 
First Practice:
Players should report to the Good Hope Middle School fields at 5:30pm wearing t-shirts, shorts, and cleats.  No equipment yet.  Please make sure they have PLENTY of water.  It'll be hot and we don't want them to get dehydrated!  Except for this first practice, practice times are 6:00pm - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, then Tuesday through Thursday after school starts.
Parent Meeting:
A MANDATORY parent meeting will be held at 6:00pm in the Good Hope Middle School Auditorium.  Please attend!  This is for ALL parents to review important information and changes for the season.  This is your opportunity to get any questions you may have answered.

We will be practicing at Stony Ridge for the rest of the season so we can use lights.  No more practices at Good Hope after 9/13.

Picture Night
Mark your calendars for picture night, 8/15. If your player has prior commitments, there will be a picture make up night on 8/20.  These will be the ONLY dates that pictures will be taken.  The players will be given game jerseys a couple days before pictures. If you didn't get your picture forms at the mandatory parent meeting, you can pick one up at the shed.  Please have your player(s) to bring the form the night of pictures.
