Cumberland Valley Midget Football Association is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 13 (can be 14 if in 8th grade) regardless of experience

SMURF Ages 5-7: Grade K-2nd Weight limit 90

PEEWEE Ages 7-9: Grade 3rd-4th Weight limit 110

PONY Ages 9-11: Grade 5th-6th Weight limit 135

MIDGET Ages 11-13: Grade 7th-8th Weight limit 165 (unlimited weight striper all levels)

Registrations will not be accepted after August 7th

Fees Associated with Registration are Nonrefundable

Registration Fees: All levels $200.00 per player; $150 for each additional player
