VOLUNTEER FORMS AND REQUIREMENTS

Volunteer With CVMFA

Cumberland Valley Youth Midget Football Association (CVMFA) is comprised of roles that are completely volunteer. Each year our board members, coaches, team parents, and medics dedicate their time to keep this organization running smoothly. However, those volunteers cannot fulfill all the hours necessary for this program to continue to be successful. This year is no different in the need for families to fill the gaps with volunteer hours.

As part of your commitment to CVMFA we are requiring each family to fulfill six (6) hours of volunteering throughout the season. These hours can be completed in the concession stand or gate collection booth. Volunteer hours can be completed by any family members who are over the age of 14, so siblings, grandparents, etc., are all able to help with completing your family’s hours.

Unfortunately, over the last few years many youth programs have experienced a significant decline in the number of volunteers fulfilling their requirements, and CVMFA is not immune to that. Therefore, we are requiring that a $200 volunteer deposit be made to CVMFA and turned in at equipment handouts. Deposit checks must be post-dated for 12/1/26 and will be returned to you at the end of the season if all your hours are completed. Should your family’s six (6) hours not be completed your check will be cashed and funds will be put back into the organization.
